Salon Owner and winner of many competitions
Julie was born into hairdressing and her Father brought the salon that she now owns 3 weeks before she was born…. So you could say that Julie has hairdressing running through her veins!!! Julie took over the shop in 2001 when her Father David Collins retired to France..
The shop was originally called “David Peters”. In January 2002 Julie decided that it was time for a face lift for the shop and it was totally gutted and refurbished and the name was changed to “CHOP AND CHANGE”
